DocArmoryTech	6273a220b2	Update requirement.txt set Flask version to 2.2.2 added Werkzeug version to match Running Ubuntu 20.04 using Python 3.8.10 - the latest version of flask causes the server to fail to start (cannot import name 'escape' from 'flask') - after fixing flask at version 2.2.2, the server again failed to start (ImportError: cannot import name 'url_quote' from 'werkzeug.urls')	2023-11-28 18:51:38 +00:00
