On a stock Ubuntu 16.04 **redis-server** is only at v3.0 the command GEOADD only got introduce v3.2
If you want to use misp-dashboard on 16.04 do the following:
```bash
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:chris-lea/redis-server
sudo apt update
sudo apt install redis-server
```
