Clean up filters

- Simplify an if statement since split() with no matches returns single
item list
- Rename _all_filter -> _check_property and make it a method on Filter
- Raise an error instead of returning -1
- s/field/property

If `get()` returned a single STIX object, `all_versions()` would return a
list of the properties/values of that object.
