From db24d7f15e406390d57b23d48a78fa33604a47e7 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Richard van der Hoff Date: Fri, 26 Oct 2018 23:47:37 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] Better handling of odd PLs during room upgrades Fixes handling of rooms where we have permission to send the tombstone, but not other state.
