Change "Ban" to "Ban from room" to fix an inconsistency in the Admin Tools dialog (#8281) 

* fix-admin-tools-phrase-inconsistency

* correctly specify space room action

* run i18n

* Apply suggestions from code review

Revert the applied formatting.
