processing rule which understands `mixin` and friends.

Run stylelint on all SCSS files
...
This adds quotes so that globbing actually works as intended with `stylelint`.
Previously, we were relying on whatever a shell does with `**` style globs,
which meant that many files weren't picked up.
This means many files weren't being linted before, so the remaining commits will
fix those new errors.

Remove the karma junit reporter
...
We may have used it in our jenkins tests at some point but we don't
have those anymore. It weas pulling in ancient dependencies because
we were using version 2.0.0 which is fact much older than the
current version (1.2.0). We have little use for junit output anymore
so just remove it.

enough, it's very unhappy with our CSS. Just added one rule which is
that our CSS is indented with 4 spaces (the default being 2).

If we have account data in local storage but nothing in the crypto store, it
generally means the browser has evicted IndexedDB out from under us. This adds a
modal to explain the situation and offer to completely clear storage to get
things back to normal.

Replace TagPanel react-dnd with react-beautiful-dnd

This new library handles the simple case of an ordered vertical
(or horizontal) list of items that can be reordered.
It provides animations, handles positioning of items mid-drag
and exposes a much simpler API to react-dnd (with a slight loss
of potential function, but we don't need this flexibility here
anyway).
Apart from this, TagOrderStore had to be changed in a highly
coupled way, but arguably for the better. Instead of being
updated incrementally every time an item is dragged over
another and having a separate "commit" action, the
asyncronous action `moveTag` is used to reposition the tag in
the list and both dispatch an optimistic update and carry out
the request as before. (The MatrixActions.accountData is still
used to indicate a successful reordering of tags).
The view is updated instantly, in an animated way, and this
is handled at the layer "above" React by the DND library.

Move keyboard focus management back to the BaseDialog rather than
...
leaving it in the Modal manager.
We are using Modal manager to load other components not just BaseDialog
and its subclasses and they might require different keyboard handling.
Also depend on focus-trap-react rather than react-focus-trap for locking
keyboard focus inside the dialog. The experience is much nicer and even
the FocusTrap element it-self no longer gains the focus.
On a side note using the FocusTrap element outside the dialog (on
its parent) stops it from working properly.

Several changes improving accessibility of the dialogs
...
- Wrapped all the modals inside a react-focus-trap component disabling
keyboard navigation outside the modal dialogs
- Disabled our custom key handling at dialog level. Cancelling on esc
key is now handled via FocusTrap component.
- Removed onEnter prop from the BaseDialog component. Dialogs that
submit data all now embed a form with onSubmit handler. And since
keyboard focus is now managed better via FocusTrap it no longer makes
sense for the other dialog types. Fixes
https://github.com/vector-im/riot-web/issues/5736
- Set aria-hidden on the matrixChat outer node when showing dialogs to
disable navigating outside the modals by using screen reader specific
features.

Implement sticky date separators
...
Use `react-sticky` to implement sticky date separators. This will pin a date separator to the top of the timeline panel when the separator scrolls out of the top of the view.
A known issue of this is that the spinner, which is in line with event tiles in the timeline, will appear to push the stuck date separator down. In reality the first date separator after the spinner is in line with event tiles and is not stuck because the spinner forces the timeline to be scrolled slightly further down than it would be otherwise. But also, date separators in the timeline (not "stuck") have a greater height.
Ideally the date separator would be suppressed whilst back paginating, but this will cause the stuck separator to flicker on and off. This is why the suppression has been removed.

Transform `async` functions to bluebird promises
...
It turns out that the assertion made in
https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk/pull/1213 about `async`
functions returning bluebird promises was only correct when babel used an
inline version of the `asyncToGenerator` helper; in react-sdk we are using
`babel-transform-runtime` which means that we use a separate
`babel-runtime/helpers/asyncToGenerator`, which returns a native (or core-js)
Promise.
This meant that we were still in the situation where some methods returned
native Promises, and some bluebird ones, which is exactly the situation I
wanted to resolve by switching to bluebird in the first place: in short,
unless/until we get rid of all code which assumes Promises have a `done` method
etc, we need to make sure that everything returns a bluebird promise.
(Aside: there was debate over whether in the long term we should be trying to
wean ourselves off bluebird promises by assuming all promises are native. The
conclusion was that the complexity hit involved in doing so outweighed any
benefit of a potential future migration away from bluebird).

Switch to stock counterpart
...
We no longer need the custom counterpart. The things that were
changed in it and reasosn we no lomger need them are:
1. set separator - this can be done with standard counterpart
2. ES6 port: this was done to allow importing as _t, but is
unnecessary with the _t wrapper function in react-sdk
(although also seems to work fine with
`import _t from 'counterpart';`)
3. Fallback to key name: unnecessary with
`setMissingEntryGenerator` in 0.18, but we've changed to just
using a fallback locale anyway since No code missing en
translations should ever make it to the devbelop branch.
4. Logging on missing translations. Unnecessary with
`onTranslationNotFound`, but now not used anyway because we
let missing translations show up in the UI as
'missing translation'
Bulk changes to imports coming in separate commit for easy reading.

Replace marked with commonmark
...
Marked has some annoying bugs, and the author is inactive, so replace it
with commonmark.js, which is the reference JavaScript implementation of
CommonMark. CommonMark is also preferable since it has a specification,
and a conformance test suite to make sure that parsers are correct.

Initial implementation of some karma/mocha tests
...
It does something, but things I don't like:
* it churns for 15 seconds webpacking everything. Do we really need to get
webpack involved here?
* I don't think there's any way to control which tests get run and which don't.
Other things I'd want to fix up include:
* Make it run on jsdom or phantomjs instead of Chrome
* figure out how to configure babel without a .babelrc

Rather than telling react-gemini-scrollbar to update every time something that
changes its size happens, try out our fork of it which uses some hackery to
listen for resizes.

Add -loader packages as deps
...
Even though we don't use webpack directly, webpack needs the loaders
to be in the dependency package's node_modules directory, so this
lets packages that depend on us use webpack.

Build the logic too into the same hierarchy as it is unbuilt so it can be used either processed or unprocessed. Does involve having a dir called 'src' in the built products directory, and abusing jsx as a cross-platform version of cp (there is no jsx in the src dir).

s/themes/skins/g as we are always describing the whole UI layout here, whereas themes can sometimes just be small cosmetic tweaks (light-on-dark, dark-on-light etc)
