They are not at the root of the web server, they are at the same path as the manifest
Also add script for generating the PNGs and add pre-rendered PNGs for the Linux electron build which means you don't need icns2png to build it and the Linux icons are straight from the SVG rather than resized bitmaps.
So the whole vector/ directory can now be removed during the build process and we don't ship random files that end up in the vector directory.
