Update references to `QrCodeEvent`, `SasEvent` and `VerificationEvent` (#10991)

* Basic test for IncomingSasDialog

* Basic test for VerificationPanel

* Replace references to IGeneratedSas and ISasEvent

* Some secret references to the callbacks types

* Update references to `QrCodeEvent`, `SasEvent` and `VerificationEvent`
