Bruno Windels c9dc273cb0 better native scrollbar width compensation for FF 
instead of having to offset the padding of children of the
autohiding scrollbar container, which gets fiddly quickly,
add a new child to the scrollbar container that gets a negative
margin of the scrollbar width when needed
(on hover and overflowing when overlay is not supported).

This needs an extra DOM element, but as it doesn't do anything weird
layout-wise (like set position), it shouldn't affect styling at all.

It also makes the auto hide scrollbar workarounds completely transparent
to the rest of the code.

Bruno Windels 80afc0982b add generic text input styling 
text inputs are now styled at every occurence in the app,
style input by default, and provide a .mx_textinput class
if buttons need to appear inside the input styling.

Before this was partially done in _common.scss, but as it's
highly theme-dependent, makes more sense to do it in the theme.

J. Ryan Stinnett 2dc335798d Repair DevTools button padding by centralizing styles 
This moves the padding styles for dialog content to the .mx_Dialog rule. In
addition, it fixes vector-im/riot-web#7548 where the DevTools buttons had double
padding.

Bruno Windels 15059fe005 make sure the room list doesn't grow taller than viewport 
by setting the min-height to 0 at every flex level,
since by default it's auto which means grow as tall as you need
to make the content fit.

Travis Ralston 9582c1e65a Move all dialog buttons to the right and fix their order

Some dialogs had their own CSS that prevented the buttons from being placed in the right spot. This has been fixed by using a generic standard for the buttons. The only strange dialog that needed more CSS was the devtools dialog due to the header.

Not all dialogs have been checked - I spot-checked about half of them and verified the CSS manually on an established account. It's hard to get at all the dialogs without convoluted testing.

Bruno Windels d6774fd8ee make the left panel collapse by only adding collapse class on container 
as the resize handle is a sibling of the mxLeftPanel_container, that
class is the one that has to collapse if we don't want to complicate
the logic. So change style rules to check
.mxLeftPanel_container.collapsed, and make left panel not break
out of the container when it gets narrow by hiding the overflow

David Baker 8f10ee01c6 Implement always-on-screen capability for widgets 
As per https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-doc/issues/1354

This is whitelisted to only jitsi widgets for now as per comment,
mostly because any widget that we may make always-on-screen we need
to preemptively put in a PersistedElement container, which is
unnecessary for any other widget.

Apologies that this does a bunch of refactoring which could have
been split out separately: I only discovered what needed to be
refactored in the process of doing this.

Luke Barnard 836dc8b0ef Factor out all shared logic between MStickerBody and MImageBody 
The benefits of this:
 - One code path for determining spinner/placeholder and it's position
   for loading images/stickers. This includes spinner used in e2e
   decryption of images.
 - Very small definition for MStickerBody, only overriding the minimal
   differences is has from MImageBody.

The disadvantages:
 - Slightly more complicated MImageBody, but hopefully not less
   readable.

As the slightly nicer alternative to fixupHeight being applied once
we actually have a timelineWidth.

The niceness comes from not needing timelineWidth, which means we can
implement at render time with CSS. (Despite still calculating aspect
ratios when we render.)

* Make the 'delete my data' button not the default
 * Make it red
 * Give it a confirmation dialog
 * Remove the 'cancel' button: what does it mean to cancel an error?
   In this case, it tried again and almost certainly got the same error.
 * Remove the top-right 'x' and don't cancel on esc for the same reason.
 * Move 'send bug report' to a button rather than a 'click here' link
 * Add a 'refresh' button which, even if it's no more likely to work,
   will at least look like it's doing something (it's mostly so if you
   don't have a bug report endpoint, there's still a button other
   than the one that deletes all your data).
