.Nd send Blinkenlights movies using the Blinkenlights Protocol

.Sh DESCRIPTION
.Nm
is designed to read Blinkenlights movies in various file formats and
to send them to one or more hosts using the UDP-based Blinkenlights protocol. The
receiver could be Matrix Control Unit, the blinkensim Blinkenlights Simulator
or any other device or program compatible with the Blinkenlights Protocol.

automatically detects the file type by looking at the incoming data.

If
.Ar filename
is omitted, the data is read via standard input. The output is sent to
standard output unless an output file is given via the command line.

playback to 50% speed.
