Simple static location sharing (#7135) 
Adds maplibre as a dependency, and behind a labs flag, lets users send and receive [MSC3488](https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-doc/blob/matthew/location/proposals/3488-location.md) style location shares - with backwards compatibility with old school `m.location` `msgtype` location shares too.

For this to work, you have to define a valid maptile server and API in your config.json's `map_style_url`.

Analytics opt in for posthog (#6936) 
* Add a new flag pseudonymousAnalyticsOptIn replacing analyticsOptIn, stored at account level, so people only need to opt in once.

* Show a toast in login to users that have analyticsOptIn set but not yet pseudonymousAnalyticsOptIn prompting them confirm the new method is okay. Update the copy of the existing opt-in toast. Don't notify users that previously opted out.

* Update the copy in settings

* Add a new learn more dialog

* Support a new config flag analyticsOwner which is used in these toasts when explaining which entity the data is sent to ("Help improve %(analyticsOwner)"). If unset, display brand. This allows deployments whose brand differs from the receiver of the analytics to explain the situation to their users (e.g. AcmeCorp badges their app, but explains the data is sent to Element, not them)

* The new opt-in and flags are only used when posthog is configured; prior to that there are no changes to UX or tracking behaviour.

Add more checkbox styles (#7058) 
Add a "kind" param for StyledCheckbox, allowing designers to choose different styles of checkbox as needed.  In addition to the preexisting default kind (now called Solid), there's an Outline kind with a green checkmark and a transparent fill.  This is used in the device trust view, since the default checkbox style looks too much like the green "verified" shield and it's awkward to have those next to each other.

Overhaul the device list in the "Security and Privacy" settings tab to include device trust status, provide buttons for verifying unverified devices, and improve overall usability and style. - Don't show loading spinners while waiting for user action
- When checking if there are other devices we can verify against, only
  look for devices that are actually cross-signed.
- Adjust displayed options depending on whether other devices and/or
  recovery keys exist, and add an option to reset cross-signing keys
  if necessary.
- Various minor clarifying adjustments to UI styling/text

In case where we had a very long message the experience of going between 
messages to see the full quote isn't very nice on desktop, therefore this commit
adds a button with additional hotkey to normalize the experience a bit.

links to green, which is not expected. In general, we use blue links for
information and green links for actions.

This resolves the regression by removing the general change and adjusting the
new links added by the above PR to be green as desired there.

Improve layering for chat 
Currently we have a lot of unnecessary layers being created in the app,
which is extremely problematic on Windows when using Chrome, as it
deoptimises fonts rendering due to layers mismatch; chrome's algorithm
can't figure out if the layers won't resize or overlap so it creates a
lot of additional layers, which has a side effect of turning off
sub-pixel antialiasing on Windows.
This is a first step to improve the layering in the entire app.

Show blurhash only after 150ms 
Blurhash on every single room entrance was extremely annoying, to the
point where it wasn't really helpful, but distracting, even after
the animations was added.
This commit makes it so the blurhash is only shown after 150ms, and the
image will be animated as a quick fade-in if there's no blurhash.
