This allows you to increment an existing reaction below a message by clicking on
it.
At the moment, this is not linked to the action bar, so they each are using
local state. We'll likely want to add some mechanism so that we can local echo
to both of these UI areas at the same time, but that can be done separately.

message.
Since we don't currently have an API to actually get these events yet,
adds a temporary hook that looks for a specific message to inject some sample
data. This helps build out the UI for now and can be removed once it exists.

Stop the settings dialogs from requiring special styles on the
mx_Dialog which required passing in a classname from anywhere the
settings dialogs were opened (although this still requires
static=true). Some of the things have now been adopted for all dialogs
(border-radius), others have been moved to within the dialog content.

This turned out to be much more complicated than it needed to be. We use an IndicatorScrollbar to do all the math for us and some minor changes have been made so it can flag left/right overflow. The complicated part is the css changes which make the gradients work: unlike the RoomSubList, we have to calculate the offset of the indicators (gradients) on our own because position:sticky doesn't work horizontally.
The changes to the css (well, mostly pointer-events:none) make it so the gradient doesn't interfere with the room avatars.
9034 and 8954 are fixed by this because they represent an overflow-x:none style breakage where browsers won't let you scroll without a scrollbar. The gradient offset problem is also demonstrated in 8954.

In at least Firefox, the case of relative positioned inline elements (such as
mx_BaseAvatar) with absolute positioned children (such as mx_BaseAvatar_initial)
is a dark corner full of spider webs. It will give different results during full
reflow of the page vs. incremental reflow of small portions. While that's surely
a browser bug, we can avoid it by using `inline-block` instead of the default
`inline`.

Keep registration spinner inside the auth modal

The spinner was taking on the full height of the modal and escaping off the
page. This keeps it contained inside the modal.

Rename Feather icon directory to `feather-customised`

These icons are based on Feather as the original source, but they have various
tweaks applied, such as stroke width, color, etc. Hopefully the tweaked name
makes this more obvious in the future.

Now that images flow through a build step, it's easy to spot which ones aren't
actually used. To determine this, I built Riot with the hash in file names
disabled, and then used a directory compare tool to look for all images in the
SDK that did not make it into the Riot build.

Adds a UserView that contains a MainSplit with an empty div
and a RightPanel, preset to the given member.
UserView fetches the profile and creates a fake member, which
it passed on to the RightPanel.
this doesn't use the view_user action on purpose, to avoid any
interference of the UserView when trying to view a room member.

Bring back the lowered opacity for offline/unavailable avatars.

At some point during the riot redesign, the bit of css that lowered the opacity for offline/unavailable contacts
was removed. This makes it impossible to discern presence for a contact unless you hover your cursor over their
avatar.
It's very handy to be able to see presence at a glance without any hovering, so this PR reintroduces the lowered opacity.
I've also slightly decreased the opacity level from 0.66 to 0.5 to make it slightly more noticable.

Remove old user and room settings

This takes out the old user and room settings, replacing the paths with the new dialog editions. The labs setting has been removed in order to support this change.
In addition to removing the old components outright, some older components which were only used by the settings pages have been removed. The exception is the ColorSettings component as it has a high chance of sticking around in the future.
Styles that were shared by the settings components have been broken out to dedicated sections, making it easier to remove the old styles entirely.
Some stability testing of the app has been performed to ensure the app still works, however given the scope of this change there is a possibility of some broken functionality.

Also bring in the compact timeline option.
Without minor CSS changes, the old user settings are completely unusable with this change. As such, minimal effort has been put in to have it be useful. Similarly, the changes drop the use of radio groups and the old theme selector was the only one that used it. See the comments for more details on how/why this was mitigated the way it was.

This component displays login and register buttons. It's currently used in the
composer when viewing a room as a guest.
The name is confusing because the login flow uses are very similarly named
`mx_Login_box` as a wrapping around forms, which is totally different than these
buttons.
Additionally, the components is moved to `views/auth` since it is very simple
and auth related.

Adds a `$res` SCSS variable set to the path from the root SCSS file to the `res`
directory.
This is a different base path than previously used in CSS URLs (it goes up 3
directories instead of 2), because Webpack will now be resolving images relative
to the root SCSS file, so the path corresponds to a source tree location,
instead of a path in the build output tree.
Defining this variable has two main goals:
* URLs are a bit easier to read
* The path can be overridden, which is needed for external (riot-web) themes

This returns to the previous behavior of avatar only without a button when the
custom status feature is disabled so that you don't get pointer cursor for
something that does nothing when clicked.
The avatar ring spacing is kept consistent with and without the feature enabled
by using a different class in CSS.

This updates the custom status context menu to match the latest comps. A single
button is used for setting / clearing, depending on what is appropriate.
The state logic is also changed to depend on events and storage from js-sdk for
the committed status message. This makes it easy to distinguish the value being
edited from what's currently committed.

Since the dialog also has nice spacing without the padding, this change removes

Fix black-on-black GIF icon for stickers

Text colour ended up being the link colour on images because the
whole image is in an `a`, but stickers are not so it got the default
font colour, which might be black. Define an explicit colour.
Also set pointer-events: none so you can hover over the gif icon
too (I managed to make the message panel small which made the icon
cover most the image, so this prevented the gif from animating
at all).

Add New Recovery Method dialog

Adds a New Recovery Method dialog which is shown when key backup fails because
of a version mismatch / version not found error.
The set up button in the dialog currently only marks a device as verified (via a
verification prompt) instead of the eventual restore and cross-sign flow, since
those pieces don't exist yet.

This achieves the result by counting up the number of highlights across all rooms and setting that as the badge above the icon. If there are no highlights, nothing is displayed. The red highlight on the bell is done by abusing how the Tinter works: because it has access to the properties of the SVG that we'd need to override it, we give it a collection of colors it should use instead of the theme/tint it is trying to apply. This results in the Tinter using our warning color instead of whatever it was going to apply.
The RightPanel now listens for events to update the count too, otherwise when the user receives a ping they'd have to switch rooms to see the change.

The button itself is conditionally enabled because the ILAG dialog already has a continue button. It'd be confusing to users to have 2 continue buttons on the same dialog, so this commit adds the structure required to pass along clicks from the dialog's button down to the UI auth component.
The other place the continue button would appear is on the register page (not ILAG). The button's style is different here, however that will be improved in a later commit.

better native scrollbar width compensation for FF

instead of having to offset the padding of children of the
autohiding scrollbar container, which gets fiddly quickly,
add a new child to the scrollbar container that gets a negative
margin of the scrollbar width when needed
(on hover and overflowing when overlay is not supported).
This needs an extra DOM element, but as it doesn't do anything weird
layout-wise (like set position), it shouldn't affect styling at all.
It also makes the auto hide scrollbar workarounds completely transparent
to the rest of the code.

Some dialogs had their own CSS that prevented the buttons from being placed in the right spot. This has been fixed by using a generic standard for the buttons. The only strange dialog that needed more CSS was the devtools dialog due to the header.
Not all dialogs have been checked - I spot-checked about half of them and verified the CSS manually on an established account. It's hard to get at all the dialogs without convoluted testing.

the logic. So change style rules to check

Implement always-on-screen capability for widgets

As per https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-doc/issues/1354
This is whitelisted to only jitsi widgets for now as per comment,
mostly because any widget that we may make always-on-screen we need
to preemptively put in a PersistedElement container, which is
unnecessary for any other widget.
Apologies that this does a bunch of refactoring which could have
been split out separately: I only discovered what needed to be
refactored in the process of doing this.

Factor out all shared logic between MStickerBody and MImageBody
...
The benefits of this:
- One code path for determining spinner/placeholder and it's position
for loading images/stickers. This includes spinner used in e2e
decryption of images.
- Very small definition for MStickerBody, only overriding the minimal
differences is has from MImageBody.
The disadvantages:
- Slightly more complicated MImageBody, but hopefully not less
readable.

As the slightly nicer alternative to fixupHeight being applied once
we actually have a timelineWidth.
The niceness comes from not needing timelineWidth, which means we can
implement at render time with CSS. (Despite still calculating aspect
ratios when we render.)

UI fixes in SessionRestoreErrorDialog
...
* Make the 'delete my data' button not the default
* Make it red
* Give it a confirmation dialog
* Remove the 'cancel' button: what does it mean to cancel an error?
In this case, it tried again and almost certainly got the same error.
* Remove the top-right 'x' and don't cancel on esc for the same reason.
* Move 'send bug report' to a button rather than a 'click here' link
* Add a 'refresh' button which, even if it's no more likely to work,
will at least look like it's doing something (it's mostly so if you
don't have a bug report endpoint, there's still a button other
than the one that deletes all your data).
